TL;DR
Data streams are the connections between your platforms and GA4. Go to Admin > Data Streams to create a Web stream (enter website URL, enable Enhanced Measurement), iOS app stream (requires Firebase SDK), or Android app stream (requires Firebase SDK). Each stream gets a unique Measurement ID (web) or App ID. Multiple streams feed into one property, giving you a unified view of user behaviour across platforms.
